Programme de courts séjours, « FRENCH ⨁ SCIENCES »

« French ⨁ Sciences » est un programme de courts séjours d’une durée de 3 à 4 semaines en France, qui s’articule autour d’une thématique scientifique dans le bassin économique de la région d’implantation des centres FLE partenaires (tous référencés « Label qualité FLE »). Ce programme est destiné à des étudiants anglophones inscrits dans des universités scientifiques et technologiques, et qui peuvent être totalement débutants en français. Les participants sont non seulement invités à réfléchir en groupe à une problématique associée aux enjeux actuels et futurs des métiers d’ingénieur, mais aussi et surtout, leur réflexion est nourrie par la visite de sites, d’entreprises, d’instituts de recherche, de laboratoires, visites complétées par des conférences, des débats, des présentations des Masters ou Masters spécialisés proposés dans ces mêmes thématiques, etc.

3 WEEKS AT CIEL BRETAGNE, BREST (Janvier, Juillet)

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF THE SEA

Ciel Bretagne offers English-speaking students with beginner-level French a program of visits to companies and state-of-the-art laboratories (conducted in English), conferences on current and future challenges facing the engineering professions, and courses in French as a foreign language. The program also includes a wide selection of excursions and cultural visits.

3-4 WEEKS AT CLA, UNIVERSITÉ DE FRANCHE-COMTÉ, BESANÇON (Janvier-Février)

MICROTECHNOLOGY AND BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING

The Center for Applied Linguistics (CLA, Centre de linguistique appliquée) offers a program of language, cultural, and scientific immersion on the topic of microtechnology and biomedical engineering.

3 WEEKS AT FRENCH IN NORMANDY AND ESIGELEC (Juin)
